Sylvie Archenault, a second generation Esthetician; CIDESCO Diplomat from France and a NCEA Certified from the United States has dedicated her lifetime to the Esthetic Profession. Sylvie wrote 600 hours of School curriculum for Ultissima Beauty Institute, New York in her late 20's and later owned Sylvie's Skin & Body Care, a Day Spa in Encino, California, for 25 years. Founder of Sonage (His or Her age in French), a technologically Advanced Professional and Retail Skin & Body care line since 1994. Archenault is the sole importer, distributor, and educator for Eureduc USA Selective Esthetics, representing the Ultimate Health, Beauty and Wellness equipment from France, in response to a need to link Esthetic to the Medical field. Leader in the service of educating the professional and consumer alike, lecturer, writer to the Industry, Sylvie continues to serve new and experienced Professionals alike, through Selective Esthetics Advanced Post-graduate Education center in Chatsworth, California, NCEA Certified Training Facility. Selective Esthetics offers uniquely synthesized beauty and health specialties with Unparalleled Education. National Coalition of Estheticians, Manufacturers/Distributors & Associations is a group of Active Skin Care associations, companies & individuals, who have united to establish standards and best practices, and provide political representation for our profession to State legislators and State regulatory boards. Its mission is to represent the Esthetic profession by raising the standard of educational delivery methods and to utilize faculty disclosure(s) to improve quality of educational activities. The SDSS is a voluntary organization that aims to develop and foster the highest standards of skincare in the dermatology setting. Through education and research the SDSS will develop national standards and provide a forum of learning for those working in dermatology skincare practices. The organization will facilitate open communication amongst its members and also act as a resource and support system for its members. The SDSS will promote the profession of dermatology skincare through interdisciplinary collaboration and by acting as a resource about the profession for other health care professionals.

Sherry D. Davis, M.Ed., and Doctoral Candidate from California State University, Northridge, is also the Skills USA California Female State Officer Trainer, working with students in high school and community colleges around the state that are enrolled in various career technical education programs. She is training the state officers in their leadership, public speaking, and advocacy skills. She is also a licensed cosmetologist/esthetician instructor for the past 15 years in two different states; she is licensed as a cosmetologist and esthetician for the past 28 years in three different states, as well as being a NCEA certified advanced esthetic professional. Ms. Davis has been to many product/equipment and manufacture training courses in her career and offers a broad and scientific knowledge of the industry and the future of esthetics. Esthetics/Cosmetology and Career Technical Education programs in general is a passion for Ms. Davis, and her career goals are to one day be in either the California Department of Education or California Community College Chancellor’s Office to do more for Career Technical Education programs, students, faculty/administrators, and schools/colleges on a larger scale in California.

Michelle Fidler is a people person with the ability to get along with all kinds of personalities and make sound decisions based on facts and not emotions. Michelle has the opportunity to wear many hats; whether providing outstanding customer service, assisting education classes or running all aspects of the business. She has been recognized for belonging to the industry and plays an important role in sharing good management practice. A manager of many talents who understands the concept of teamwork where there is communication, cooperation, and a desire to work together toward a common goal.
